Ethan Truesdale-Hales joined Old Dominion Athletics in July 2026 as a Senior Consultant for Sales and Service.
In his role, Hales is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with ODU fans and the surrounding community. While driving our Monarchs+ subscription model, Ethan is also excited to bring great experience in ticket sales. He drives ticket sales efforts across season tickets, group tickets, single-game tickets, and hospitality experiences.
Prior to joining the Monarchs, Hales spent two seasons with the Norfolk Admirals, beginning as a Business Operations Intern before transitioning into a Senior Account Executive role. During his time with the Admirals, he was responsible for generating revenue and cultivating relationships with fans and corporate partners. Hales led the department in overall sales revenue and was named a finalist for the ECHL Rookie Ticket Sales Professional of the Year 2025-2026 Season.
Originally from Newport News, Virginia, Hales holds a Bachelor's degree in business management and a Master of Science in Sports Management, both from Old Dominion University.
