Ashley Waters (Kellogg) joined the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation in September of 2022 as the athletic donor manager.
Waters was an assistant lacrosse coach at ODU for 11 years prior to joining the ODAF.
In 2016, Waters helped lead ODU to its first ever NCAA Tournament appearance by winning the Atlantic Sun Championship.
Waters was a four-year starter from 2007-10, and ranks eighth in career points with 152 and fourth in goals with 128. She was a two-time All-CAA performer as well.
Waters originally hails from Downingtown, Pa. She earned her masters degree in sport management from ODU in 2011 and lives in Norfolk with her husband Steven and their son.
