2020-21: Named to the All-Conference USA Singles and Doubles First Team … Played No. 1 singles throughout her entire career at ODU and was nationally ranked in singles and in doubles this season … Acquired Outstanding Singles Player of the C-USA Championship … ITA Cissie Leary Sportsmanship Award for the Atlantic region … Named to the Conference USA All-Academic Team … For her career, she was named C-USA Athlete of the Week ten times … C-USA Spirit of Service Award winner … Earned a C-USA Commissioner’s Medal for work in the classroom … Named to Conference USA Honor Roll.

2019-20: Conference USA Player of the Year ... All-League First Team for singles ... Garnered First Team All-State honors for singles ... In the spring, Hutchinson pulled off one of the biggest upsets for the college tennis year after taking down UNC’s No. 2 nationally ranked singles player, Cameron Morra, in straight sets at the ITA Kickoff Weekend in Chapel Hill, N.C. … She was later named the C-USA Athlete of the Week … Named ITA Arthur Ashe Leadership & Sportsmanship Award Winner for the Atlantic region ... Selected to compete in the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla. for singles, as well as doubles … Also received an at-large bid to the Oracle ITA National Fall Singles Championships in Newport Beach, Cali … Ended the year nationally ranked No. 38 in singles.

2018-19: In the year-end ITA rankings for singles, Hutchinson was ranked No. 81 and was the second highest ranked played in Conference USA … Finished the year with a 22-9 record in singles ... Named to the All-Conference USA First Team in singles and doubles ... In doubles, Hutchinson and teammate Brooke Pilkington finished the year nationally ranked No. 73 ... Hutchinson and Pilkington also garnered the Co-Outstanding Doubles Team of the C-USA Tournament … Named to First Team All-State for singles and doubles … Led the conference is Athlete of the Week awards, in which she won a total of four times and at one point won three in a matter of four weeks ... C-USA Spirit of Service Award winner ... Took down the No. 19, 39 and 97 ranked players in singles.

2017-2018:  The reigning C-USA Freshman of the Year played in the No. 1 slot all season for the Monarchs and was named to the Conference USA All-Singles First Team and All-Doubles Second Team .... Compiled a 14-9 overall record and went 5-2 against C-USA opponents … Downed three nationally ranked opponents all in straight sets: No. 92 Zoe Douglas (Iowa), No. 107 Kristina Mathis (Dartmouth) and No. 123 Rosie Cheng (W&M) … Led the entire conference for Athlete of the Week awards, garnering three, which was as many as any other team received for the year … In doubles, Hutchinson and teammate Natayla Malenko went 8-3 in the No. 1 and No. 2 slots … The two went 4-2 against C-USA opponents ... Named to the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.

PREP: Hutchinson competed in Junior Wimbledon twice, had three wins against opponents in the top 100 of the ITF Rankings and was the No. 1 ranked player in Middlesex, England while also cracking the top three for all of the United Kingdom, with an LTA rating of 2.2.

Hutchinson competed internationally in singles and doubles and reached the top 200 of the ITF Rankings… She compiled three top 100 victories, as she’s defeated Emelie Francati (ITF No. 46), Tessah Andrianjafitrimo (ITF No. 52) and Panna Udvardy (ITF No. 88).

Hutchinson on ODU: "I decided to sign with ODU as the people involved are incredible and the facilities are amazing. The tennis program is an awesome set up.”

Personal: Holly has a younger sister named Scarlett that plays tennis, her mother is a tennis coach, and her father played professional cricket, all of whom live in London right now ... She loves listening to music and reading whenever she has the time outside of tennis.
