Yaw P. Baidoo begins his third year at Old Dominion University as Assistant Strength & Conditioning and Adjunct Instructor.
Baidoo is in charge of strength and conditioning for women's tennis, as well as baseball, men's soccer, and men's tennis.
His teaching responsibilities include strength and conditioning leadership at the undergraduate level, and advanced strength and conditioning application at the graduate level.
He received his undergraduate degree in kinesiology from Mississippi State University, his graduate degree in human performance from University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, and is currently pursuing an education specialist and doctoral degree in higher education from Old Dominion University.
