O’Carroll is joining the Monarchs from Manchester City after spending just over a year with the Citizens. The Irish native has also made three appearances for the Republic of Ireland’s U-17 team and one appearance for the U-19 team. O’Carroll made her debut appearance for Manchester City on December 8, 2024 against Leicester City in a 4-0 win. She began her club career in Wigan Athletic’s academy before moving to Man City in 2022.
