2013-14: Qualified for match play at the 89th Virginia State Golf Association Women's Amateur Championship… Represented ODU at Golfweek and Fighting Camel Classic in the fall… Represented ODU at the C-USA Championships and turned in a 36th place finish.
2012-13:Â Competed in three fall tournaments...T35th at LPGA Xavier and 38th at Cambell Fall Classic...2012 VSGA Junior Golfer of the Year...Tied for 24th at the WEGA Tournament.
CAREER: Eklund was named to the Virginia AAA High School's girls All-State team In 2008, 09, 10 and 11. She was named All-Region two times (2008 and 2009) and All-Albemarle District four times. Eklund is a three-time Charlottesville City Champion, winning in 2008, 2010 and 2011.
Eklund finished 13th out of 102 girls at the 2011 Optimist International Tournament and eighth at the 2011 Optimist International Tournament of Champions as well as the junior Valentine Girls Division 2011 winner.
