Taleah Washington Season 2022-23

2022-23 (SR): Completed the season with 86 points and 33 assists……Averaged 3.1 points per game and scored a season-high 11 points against James Madison on Feb. 18, shooting 3-for-4 from the 3-point line…Led the team in free-throw shooting percentage at 80 percent…Knocked down all of her attempted free throws against Xavier…she played an average of 12 minutes a game with 28 games played.

2021-22: Saw action in nine games with two starts…Averaged 4.1 points per game scoring a season high 12 points against Norfolk State…In that game she was 3-of-5 from 3-point land…She dished out a season high five assists against Bowie State.

AT SYRACUSE (2020-21): Reached the Round of 32 in the 2021 NCAA Tournament … Appeared in 13 total games … Had six-point outings against conference opponents Boston College and Pittsburgh … Was a perfect 2-for-2 from deep against the Panthers … Member of the SAAC Equity Group.
 
AT SYRACUSE (2019-20): Played in 29 games as a freshman, averaging 10.7 minutes per game … Averaged 3.2 points per game … Scored a season-high 10 points in back-to-back games against Ohio and Maryland Eastern Shore … Made two 3-pointers in three total games.

PREP: A four-year captain and 1,000-point scorer … Two-time state champion in 2015 and 2016 … First Team All-Met … Two-time MVP of the Rose Classic … Averaged 19.5 points, 8.9 rebounds and 9.0 assists as a senior … A member of the National Honors Society.
