Michael Motta is a senior in his fourth year as manager for the Lady Monarchs and second year as Film Exchange Coordinator. Motta supervises all other managers while assisting with team equipment, set up and break down of practice and game day operations. Majoring in Sports Management, Motta plans on pursuing a career coaching in Division I college athletics.

Nick Thessin is a Senior Manager for the Lady Monarchs and in his first year as the Mini Monarchs Liaison. Thessin is in charge of marketing, planning, and running the Mini Monarchs Kid's Club. In his Senior Manager role he assists with team equipment, set up and break down of practice and game day operations. A Sports Management major, Thessin plans on pursuing a career in athletic facility management.
