2018-19: Named to the All-Conference USA Second Team in singles … Compiled an overall record of 20-13 for the season, went 12-7 in dual matches at position No. 3 and 3-1 vs. Conference USA opponents … Advanced the semifinals of the Atlantic Regionals in the Fall … Had non-conference dual match wins over LSU, BYU, ETSU, UPenn and Drake.
2017-2018: Giesse and Vincent Schneider won all three doubles matches at the Conference USA Tournament with scores of 6:0, 6:1 and 6:2, earning the Championship’s Outstanding Doubles Team honor... Finished 14-3 overall in singles and 9-6 overall in doubles.
PREP: Also recruited by Oklahoma, LSU, Northwestern and Georgia State... Entered college ranked No. 141 in the German men’s rankings and No. 7 in his age group… At one point, he reached an ITF Junior world ranking of 235...
