Kazuki Yamauchi Season 2023-24

2023-24 (SR): Finished tied for 32nd at the River Run Collegiate with a 54-hole total of 218 (+8). His best round was his last and he made four birdies, three of them on the back nine, for a one-under 69 ... Went seven-over with a total of 223 to tie for 56th at the Ironwood Classic. He shot a round of three-under 69 for his second trip around the course at Ironwood Golf and Country Club ... Was ODU’s top finisher at the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate, tying for seventh with a 216 (+3). He helped clinch a runner-up finish for the Monarchs with a final round of two-under 69, making three birdies and an eagle on the back nine at Kilmarlic Golf Club. He led the team with 12 birdies for the tournament and led the 76-player field in par-5 scoring with a 4.25 average.

2022-23 (JR): Appeared in five tournaments and played 15 rounds his junior year ... Owned a 74.87 stroke average ... Shot a four-under 68 in the opening round of the VCU Shootout. He followed with an even 72 and a four-over 76 to tie for 42nd at 216 (E) ... His best performance was at the Cutter Creek Intercollegiate. He turned in a 10-over par 226 to tie for 34th.

2021-22 (SO): Played in eight tournaments ... Finished the year with a 75.70 stroke average through 23 rounds ... Tied for 35th at the VCU Shootout with a one-over par 217 ... Ended up at 11-over par with a 227 to tie for 32nd at the River Run Collegiate ... His best finish was at the Advance Golf Partners Collegiate, where he tied for 27th with a 54-hole total of 222 (+6).

2020-21 (FR): Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll … Played three rounds for the Monarchs with a stroke average of 81.3 … Placed 68th at the Pinehurst Intercollegiate at 244 (+31) … Opened the intercollegiate with a 79, his best score of the year.

PERSONAL: Son of Eiji and Rie Yamauchi ... Has a younger brother, Yuki ... Majoring in sport management.
