2015-2016: Rewrote the ODU record books with a season where he averaged 22.1 points per game and scored an ODU school record 838 points, which was the third most in NCAA D1 that year…He was tops nationally with a school best 328 field goals made… Freeman earned First Team All-Conference USA honors for the second straight season and led the C-USA in scoring, averaging 22.1 points per game, which ranked No. 11 in the country. Freeman's output improved to 25.3 points per game against conference competition, including five games with 30 or more points against C-USA foes…Set the C-USA Single-Game Tournament scoring record with 42 points vs. WKU…Broke the C-USA Tournament record for points 109 and tied for most free throws (16-of-16)…Became the first player in league history to be named Player of the Week for three straight weeks…Had four games of 30+ points..13 games of 25+ points…seven straight of 25+ (averaged 30.3 in that stretch) and nine of 10 games…four games of six or more assists…season high 10 rebounds against UCSB in Vegas 16 semifinals..  C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll

Ranked 13th in Big South in scoring at 14.3 points per game ... Ranked 26th nationally in assists at 5.76 ... Scored 24 points against Gardner-Webb and Winthrop ...
