Dominick Fink is entering her fifth season as Head Coach of the Old Dominion University Dynasty Dance Team. An accomplished coach, educator, choreographer, and performer, Fink brings a diverse background in collegiate athletics, professional entertainment, and education to the Monarchs. Her passion for developing well-rounded student-athletes has helped shape a culture centered on excellence, leadership, and service.
A proud Old Dominion alumna, Fink earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Old Dominion University and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Mary Baldwin University. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree, where her research focuses on improving educational outcomes for students with special learning needs through evidence-based practices, advocacy, and innovative intervention strategies.
Fink's professional career spans more than two decades in the entertainment industry. As a professional dancer and choreographer, she has performed alongside internationally recognized artists including New Kids on the Block, John Travolta, Olivia Newton-John, the cast of Grease, Nile Rodgers, Colt Ford, 95 South, and 69 Boyz. Her work has been featured in national advertising campaigns, including Carnival Cruise Line, showcasing her versatility across live performance, television, and commercial media.
Her leadership extends well beyond the stage. Fink is the recipient of the President's Outstanding Volunteer Service Award, recognizing her longstanding commitment to community engagement and service. She has also been featured as a runway model during both DC Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week and earned prestigious titles in the Miss America and Miss USA organizations, including Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen 2011 and Miss District of Columbia Teen USA 2014.
Before transitioning into collegiate coaching, Fink enjoyed a distinguished career as an NFL cheerleader and team captain. During her tenure, she was honored as Rookie of the Year and Cheerleader of the Game, performed annually at Wembley Stadium in London as part of the NFL International Series, and was selected as an NFL calendar model.
