NORFOLK, Va. - As a result of Hurricane Irene and its projected path on the East Coast, Old Dominion's athletic home events for this weekend have been adjusted.
The ODU field hockey team will see both of its home games moved to the University of Virginia's Turf Field in Charlottesville. The 12th-ranked Lady Monarchs will take on No. 8 Penn State on Friday at 2 p.m. and battle No. 10 American on Sunday at 4 p.m.
The men's soccer game against Navy scheduled for Sunday has been postponed and no makeup date has been set at this time.
