NORFOLK, Va. -- With both a men's soccer game and the opening ceremonies of the Folkes-Stevens Indoor Tennis Center starting at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, September 29, lot 10 (between the Athletic Administration Building and Tennis Center) and Parker Avenue will be closed to all traffic except for Tennis Center ceremony VIP's.
Tennis center party traffic will be directed into lots 54 and 55 and lot 10 for VIPS/handicapped.
Soccer traffic will be directed with signs to the Powhatan lot and lots 54 and 55.
