NORFOLK, VA--Old Dominion University senior forward Edson Elcock (Brooklyn, NY.) has been selected first team All-American by NSCAA/adidas coaches today.

Elcock led ODU and the CAA with 11 goals, six assists for 28 total points.He earned first team All-CAA honors as well as first team NSCAA All-Regional honors.Elcock had two game-winning goals as he helped lead the Monarchs to a 14-6-2 recordand the third round of the NCAA College Cup.

Elcock becomes ODU's fourth first team soccer All-American. Trevor McEachron earned that honor from the NSCAA in 2003 and Tim Borer in 1985, whileKevon Harris was CollegeSoccer News first team selection in 2004.
