Norfolk, VA - Angelica from Nickelodeon's popular cartoon series, the Rugrats is coming to the Constant Center on Saturday, March 15 at 4 p.m. for the Alltel CAA women's basketball championship game. Angelica will be the featured guest at the championship game one hour prior to tip-off. Doors open at 3 p.m., followed by the game at 4 p.m.
Rugrats first premiered on Nickelodeon in 1991 and has become one of the most popular cartoon programs on television. The show is about group of babies and the secret adventures they go on when their parents aren't paying attention. Rugrats has received several awards for it excellence in animation, including two Emmy awards and one Cable Ace award.
Angelica is notorious for being the ever-scheming, spoiled brat on Nickelodeon's cartoon series the Rugrats. Despite her sweet demeanor around adults, Angelica is bossy and mean around the other babies and is considered a bully. Regardless of Angelica's underhanded manner, she continues to be gain popularity among children and adults alike and is one of the most popular Rugrat characters.
