Norfolk, VA-Old Dominion men's soccer player Michael Tooley (Richmond, VA) has been named the CAA men's soccer Player of the Week.
Tooley received the honor after leading the Monarchs to a 1-0 win over George Mason, scoring the lone goal of the game as Old Dominion hung on to win their first CAA game of the season. The Monarchs are now 4-3 and winners of four straight.
Tooley was a 1999 second team All-CAA pick but was forced to redshirt last season due to injury. The midfielder has two goals and one assist so far in 2001.
