Peter Horst, a 1991-92 co-Alumni Association Male Athlete of the Year, earned wrestling All-America honors in 1991 when he compiled a 33-9-1 record and placed sixth at the NCAA National Championships at 134 pounds. That year, Horst helped lead the Monarch grapplers to a national ranking of 20th.

 He completed his career at Old Dominion with a 57-14-1 record. Horst is currently an art teacher and wrestling coach at Governor Mifflin High School in Hillington, Pa.
