The $3.5 million renovation of the ODU Volleyball Center was completed in the fall of 2020. The volleyball only venue seats nearly 900 fans creating an intimate and exciting atmosphere. Upgrades in the gym include chair-back seats, court cameras, a new scoreboard and sound system, and space for three full volleyball courts. The locker rooms, player lounge, office spaces, and fan entrance also went through a complete renovation. 

“Anyone who walks into this facility is going to that ODU supports volleyball at a high level,” says Head Coach Fred Chao. “This is a visible representation of the commitment that the University has made to Monarch Volleyball.”
