NORFOLK, Va. - The second annual Roar & Pour Beer Festival returns to S.B. Ballard Stadium on the campus of Old Dominion University on Saturday, Aug. 22, from 4 to 8 p.m.
Presented by the Coastal Virginia Brewery Alliance in partnership with ODU Athletics, the festival will feature 15+ breweries from across Virginia for an evening of unlimited craft beer tastings, live music, fresh local fare and family-friendly activities.
Festival attendees can sample a wide variety of beers, including pilsners, IPAs, stouts, sours and more, while enjoying live entertainment.
In addition to unlimited beer sampling, guests will have exclusive access to the stadium field, where activities will be available for both adults and children.
Early Bird Tasting Tickets are $45 while supplies last. Click here for tickets. Tickets include unlimited beer sampling for guests ages 21 and older with valid identification. Children ages two and under are admitted free. General admission / non-tasting tickets are available. Advance ticket purchases are encouraged, as walk-up availability may be limited.
Monarchs+ Member Benefit: 1930 Society and 757 Club members will receive one complimentary ticket. Base and Monarch level members receive a discounted rate of $30 per ticket. Instructions on how to claim your benefit will be sent to subscribers via email shortly.
A portion of all ticket proceeds will benefit the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation and the Coastal Virginia Brewery Alliance and its charitable initiatives, supporting local athletics and the region's craft beer community.
Event entry at the SOUTH GATE of S.B. Ballard Stadium off 49th Street. Parking in the RED GARAGE on the corner of 49th and Bluestone. Show your email confirmation and valid ID at the gate for entry and wristband.
