NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion women’s rowing takes on Temple and High Point on Saturday, April 4 at the Lafayette River starting at 8 a.m.
Round one will feature ODU against Temple with the first race of the day setting off at 8 a.m. for a 2V4+ contest. Three races against the two teams will follow suit with the second at 8:20 a.m. (1V4+), then 8:40 a.m. (2V8+), and lastly at 9 a.m. (1V8+).
Round two will see ODU take on High Point in four separate races. The 2V4+ race starts at 10:30 a.m., the 1V4+ sets off at 10:50 a.m., the 2V8+ begins at 11:10 a.m., and the last race begins at 11:30 a.m.
The final round will be Temple versus High Point in four separate races that set off in 20 minute intervals. The final race of the afternoon will set off at 2 p.m.
Temple kicked off its 2026 spring season on Saturday, March 14 with a scrimmage against Rutgers before taking on Delaware, Fordham, Georgetown, La Salle, and Monmouth on Saturday, March 28 in Philadelphia, Pa. Rebecca Gryzbowski holds the reins for the Owls in her 14th season in the City of Brotherly Love.
High Point opened the spring season on Saturday, March 21 against Colgate and North Carolina at Oak Hollow Lake in High Point, N.C. ODU last saw the Panthers in Sarasota, Fla. last weekend in the Sarasota 2K. High Point is led by head coach Jessica Deitrick in her third season with the program.
