NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion Lacrosse hosts American Conference foe James Madison in the TowneBank Royal Rivalry Challenge on April 25 at the L.R. Hill Sports Complex for its final home game of the season. The game will celebrate Senior Day prior to the 1 p.m. start.

ABOUT THE MONARCHS
ODU is coming off a 9-5 loss to Monmouth on Saturday. Goalkeeper Brynn Bowen made 13 saves in the losing effort. Jules Mills contributed two goals, while Julia Butler, Annalynn Pompetti, and Natalie Calandra-Ryan added one each.
Calandra-Ryan leads the team with 32 points on 23 goals and nine assists. She is followed by Lydia Laney, who has 20 points on nine goals and 11 assists, ranking 10th in the conference in assists. Molly Heimerl also has 20 points, with nine goals and 11 assists.
Bowen (5-11) has recorded 145 saves this season and holds the top spot in saves per game in the conference, and ranks 10th in the nation.

JMU is coming off a 14-9 win over Vanderbilt on Saturday. Jordan Peterson, Maya Antonakas, and Olivia Matthews each notched a hat trick in the victory. Kaitlyn Carney and Payton Root added two goals apiece, while Lauren Savage contributed one.
JMU goalkeeper Abigail Beattie (10-6) recorded eight saves on the day, bringing her season total to 93.
Root leads the team with 69 points on 25 goals and 44 assists, ranking first in the conference in both assists per game and points per game. She is followed by Matthews, who has 46 points on 35 goals and 11 assists. Peterson adds 43 points on 36 goals and seven assists.
