NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion women’s tennis hosts Penn State and Wake Forest this week at home in the Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center.
Previously set on Feb. 1 but moved due to inclement weather, the Monarchs are set to face off against the Nittany Lions on Wednesday, Feb. 4 at 10 a.m. ODU then challenges Wake Forest on Saturday, Feb. 7, at 12 p.m. Live stats will be available for both matches.
Penn State is 2-0 following a doubleheader sweep against Villanova and Saint Francis (Pa.) on Jan. 18. Due to weather conditions, the Nittany Lions haven’t played a match since, canceling competitions against North Carolina and Charlotte.
The Demon Deacons are 3-2 to begin the spring season, where the team downed both Marshall and UNC Greensboro in their own doubleheader last weekend.
Old Dominion looks to rebound following a 4-3 road loss to Maryland on Jan. 30, which served as the team’s season opener following participation in the Michigan Hidden Duals.
