NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion’s spring sports have announced their promotional schedules for their upcoming 2026 seasons.

ODU Baseball has its home opener and season opener set for this Friday, Feb. 13 when the Monarchs host Quinnipiac at 2 p.m. The team’s Feb. 20 meeting with Niagara will mark Volunteer Appreciation Day, and the series finale against the Purple Eagles on Feb. 22 will be Rec & Sports Day at the Ellmer Family Baseball Complex.

On March 1, the Monarchs will host a Bark in the Park game versus Charlotte. A Saturday, March 7 meeting with the Connecticut Huskies will be Military Appreciation, First Responder, and Service Members game. The team’s midweek game against Norfolk State on March 18 will be an Our Region, Our Reign game. The Monarchs then round out the month with their Sun Belt Conference opening series with App State.

ODU will have a Teacher Appreciation and Youth Day game on April 4 versus Southern Miss. The April 17 series opener with Georgia Southern will be the team’s Championship Effort game, and the series finale with the Eagles will be a Big Blue’s Kids Club Day. ODU’s May 1-3 series against Arkansas State will mark Alumni Weekend. Old Dominion then rounds out its home schedule on May 14-16 when the Monarchs host a TowneBank Royal Rivalry series versus James Madison. The team will have a Mother’s Day Celebration that Thursday, a Senior Day ceremony on Friday, and a Graduation ceremony on Saturday.

ODU Lacrosse will welcome VCU to the LR Hill Sports Complex for its home opener on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. Their game on Feb. 25 versus Gardner-Webb will celebrate Black History Month. The following Saturday against Rider will be a Bark in the Park game for the Monarchs, and the team will recognize military service members and first responders during their March 6 game against Furman.

The March 21 American Conference matchup with Vanderbilt will mark ODU’s Morgan’s Message game in support of Mental Health Awareness. Old Dominion will have a Youth Day and Championship Effort game against South Florida on March 28, and then Senior Day and Game Day Professor recognition on April 25 against JMU.

ODU Women’s Tennis is set to host Florida State this Sunday, Feb. 15 in what will be a Big Blue’s Kids Club Day at the Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center. The Monarchs will host a TowneBank Royal Rivalry match with JMU on April 7. ODU will then recognize its seniors on April 18 versus Richmond.

ODU Men’s Tennis will have their Championship Effort match with Cornell on March 1 before hosting Penn for a Big Blue’s Kids Club match on March 22. The team’s Senior Day match is slated for April 12 when the Monarchs take on VCU.

Admission for men’s and women’s tennis and lacrosse is free and open to the public. Fans looking to attend ODU Baseball games at the Ellmer Family Baseball Complex can purchase general admission tickets for $10. Faculty and members of the military will be able to purchase discounted tickets at $8, and tickets for kids ages 2-12 will run for $5. Fans can also purchase ODU Baseball Voucher Books here, which includes 25 tickets for $100 plus applicable fees.
