ATLANTA – Old Dominion senior swimmer Bryce Mortimer earned ASUN Swimmer of the Week, the league announced on Wednesday.

Mortimer earned three wins in ODU’s triumph over American on Friday.

He was the lead leg in ODU’s winning 200 medley relay team with an individual time of 23.55 on a team that finished with an overall time of 1:29.98.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Mortimer won the 100 backstroke with a time of 49.51 and came back to win the 200 breaststroke by nearly seven seconds, winning with a time of 1:59.55.

Mortimer and the Monarchs prepare for the ASUN Championship meet that begins on Wednesday, Feb. 18 in Orlando, Florida.
