NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University Athletics will have a special Fan Fest on Saturday, Aug. 3 at Dick’s House of Sport in Chesapeake from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Priority Sports Radio 94.1 will have a live remote broadcast and feature special guests and meet and greets from select ODU coaches and staff.
Located on Greenbriar Square in Chesapeake, Dick’s House of Sport will have the new 2024 ODU athletics gear in stock, including new Under Armour products, new ODU products such as Tumblers, tents and much more. The event will include great prizes and giveaways.
ODU’s Director of Broadcasting Ted Alexander will host a special edition of the ODU Football Coach’s Show with head coach Ricky Rahne from 2-3 p.m. Women’s Basketball Head Coach DeLisha Milton-Jones, Women's Golf Head Coach Mallory Kane, Men's Soccer Head Coach Tennant McVea and more will also be in attendance. Fun will be had for the entire family, as Big Blue will host a scavenger hunt and there will be interactive games for children of all ages.
Several ODU partners will be on site, including Lolly’s ice cream, which will have ODU’s official ice cream, ice cream and cake on sell while The Dirty Buffalo will be selling ODU’s official BBQ sauce, Big Blue Q and spice rub, Big Blue Belly Rub.
