BOSTON – The Old Dominion University Women’s Sailing Team is currently in 12th place after the first day of the eastern semifinals of the ICSA (Intercollegiate Sailing Association) Championships on Monday on the Charles River in Boston, Massachusetts.
The Division A duo of Elizabeth Gildea and Cadence Goodnight placed 12th. They had seven top-10 finishes out of 10 races including a top finish of fourth.
The Division B team of Gianna Dewey, Megan Geith, Allison Volk and Lindsey Kaufmann finished in 11th place. The squad also had seven top-10 finishes including a race win.
