Emma Arnold Named First Team All-Conference

A grad transfer from Lindenwood, Arnold led the Monarchs in goals and points in her only season in Norfolk, scoring 33 goals and 41 points this season. She started all 16 games, and also led the Monarchs with 57 draw controls and 27 caused turnovers.

IRVING, Texas – Old Dominion University lacrosse grad student Emma Arnold was named first team All-Conference by the American Athletic Conference, the league office announced on Wednesday.

A grad transfer from Lindenwood, Arnold led the Monarchs in goals and points in her only season in Norfolk, scoring 33 goals and 41 points this season. She started all 16 games, and also led the Monarchs with 57 draw controls and 27 caused turnovers.

A native of Palmyra, New York, Arnold secured eight multi-goal games this year, including tying a single-game ODU record with seven goals in an 18-13 win over George Washington. She added four goals at Rider and netted five goals in the season finale against James Madison.
