GENEVA, N.Y. – The Old Dominion Sailing team competed in the MASIA Women's Fleet Race Championships this weekend and placed eighth out of 15 teams.
The Division A team featured Cadence Goodnight and Elizabeth Gildea. The duo placed ninth out of 15 teams with two top five finishes with their best being third. The Division B team was represented by Gianna Dewey for races 1-6, Megan Geith for races 7-12, Kristin Johnson for races 1-2 and Allison Volk for races 3-12. The team placed fifth out of 15 and combined for five top five finishes with the best finish being second.
The Monarchs will be back in action on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday April, 7 at the Prosser Trophy in Norfolk and the Finger Lake's Women's team race in Ithaca, New York.
