NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion women's lacrosse team is back home on Wednesday, March 13 at 12 p.m. when they host the Quinnipiac Bobcats at the L.R. Hill Sports Complex.

ODU (3-5) is coming off a loss on the road to Rider, 10-9 on Sunday. Emma Arnold was named American Athletic Conference Midfielder of the Week after tallying 12 points with 11 goals and an assist in a 1-1 week for the Monarchs. She also had 12 draw controls, six caused turnovers and five groundballs. Arnold currently has team-highs in points (24), goals (19), draw controls (30) and caused turnovers (14). Lilly Siskind was named to the weekly honor roll for the AAC after she surpassed 200 career points. Siskind is second in points with 23 and leads ODU with eight assists. Jenna Peccia leads the team with 24 groundballs.
Quinnipiac (0-5) is coming off a 10-4 loss to Bryant on Saturday. Angelina Sparacio leads the team with 12 points and is tied for the team lead in goals (9) with Mia Delmond. Lauren Kenny and Abby Wise are tied for the team-high in assists with four. Melissa Murphy leads the Bobcats with 22 draw controls and 12 caused turnovers.
The Monarchs and Bobcats met once before in 202 with Quinnipiac winning 16-11 in Norfolk.
ODU will open American Athletic Conference play on Sunday, March 17 at noon when they host Cincinnati.
