Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.

"The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) proudly announces the selection of 783 teams from 461 institutions to the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2023 semester. These teams, representing a total of 18,716 student-athletes, were chosen based on their outstanding academic performance during the specified semester."

"In order to qualify for this prestigious recognition, teams had to exhibit exceptional grade point averages during the Fall 2023 semester.
