NORFOLK, Va. – If you're an Old Dominion football season ticket holder and haven't renewed your seats, you'd better hurry. Today  is the last day to renew your tickets and ensure you keep your seats for the upcoming season.

ODU began the renewal process for season ticket holders in late December and most fans who have ticket accounts have renewed. If renewals aren't received by this evening, your seats will be made available to newcomers seeking ODU tickets.

To renew tickets, call 757-683-4444 or CLICK HERE. For information on donating to the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation, CLICK HERE or call 757-683-6963.

Football tickets begin at $150 for ODU's six home games (or $25 per game). ODU faculty and staff receive a $15 discount on football season tickets, and they can be paid for through payroll deduction.

A Big Blue Blast and Coaches Caravan event will be held tonight from 6 until 8 at Chick's Oyster Bar in Virginia Beach. All season ticket holders and ODAF members are invited to attend.

The event will be attended by football head coach Ricky Rahne, men's head basketball head coach Jeff Jones, women's head basketball head coach DeLisha Milton-Jones and baseball head coach Chris Finwood.

ODU's football schedule is both attractive and challenging. After opening at Virginia Tech on Sept. 2, the Monarchs have three home games in a row.

For the second season in a row, ODU will host an ACC team when Wake Forest comes to S.B. Ballard Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 16.

The Monarchs open at home against Louisiana, ODU's first game ever against the Ragin' Cajuns, on Sept. 9 and after hosting Wake Forest, then host Texas A&M University-Commerce on Sept. 23.

Traditional Sun Belt powerhouse Appalachian State visits ODU on Oct. 12, defending East Division champion Coastal Carolina on Nov. 4 and Georgia State on Nov. 25, the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

ODU will continue to offer live entertainment, food and games during the pregame on Kaufman Mall, which drew thousands of fans last season. And for the second year in a row, beer and wine sales will be held inside the stadium.
