NORFOLK, Va. – Tickets are now on sale for Old Dominion Baseball's Commonwealth Classic game against East Carolina, to be played at Harbor Park on May 9. First pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m. and gates will open at 6 p.m.
Fans can purchase general admission tickets for $10 online at YNotTix.com, at the Chartway Arena Box Office between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., as well as at home games at the Bud Metheny Ballpark. For group tickets of 10 or more, please call 757-683-3360.
There will be free admittance for children under the age of four and students with a valid ODU ID will also get in free. No voucher books will be accepted.
This year's game will mark the sixth iteration of the Classic, which began in 2014, and ODU holds a 3-2 record against multiple opponents. It was canceled in 2018 due to weather and in 2020 due to COVID and ODU did not play at Harbor Park in 2021. The Monarchs were set to host No. 5 Virginia on April 26 last season, but the game was canceled due to weather.
