Overview: The "ODUPrint" is a holistic development program that will enhance and prepare student-athletes for success during their collegiate career as well as life after college athletics through purposeful programming, strategic partnerships, and practical education.

Relationship Building- Student-athletes will have opportunities and experiences that will assist them through programming, mentorship, and internship opportunities
- Monarch Triple-A
- Athletic Alumni Association consisting of former ODU and non-ODU student-athletes and athletic personnel that will contribute to the ODUPrint in various aspects of the program
- Connect the Dots Mentorship
- An exclusive mentorship program through Monarch Triple-A that offers 1-on-1 and group mentorship
- Freshman Mentoring
- Build relationships and create connections with and among student-athletes from a variety of teams + extend this relationship over the 4-year career of the student-athletes
Integration + Engagement- Engage with campus and local community partners to further connect ODU athletics to the Hampton Roads region and campus community
Campus Engagement
- Collaborating with on-campus departments and organizations for programs/activities involving our student-athletes
- Community Engagement
- Foster an understanding of community service and help create a lifelong desire to give back
- Student-athletes have a big voice and ownership in the community engagement program as they brainstorm ideas, make proposals, research resources, make contacts, work out logistics and bring their ideas/projects to full fruition
