NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion women's tennis team will head to a pair of national events starting this weekend as the team will participate in the Sea Pines College Tournament and the ITA All-Americans.
Tatsiana Sasnouskaya and Sofia Johnson will venture to Cary, N.C. to participate in the ITA All-Americans. Sasnouskaya will play in the singles event, while her and Johnson will participate in the qualifying rounds for doubles. That event runs October 1-9.
The remaining Monarchs will head to Athens, Georgia to participate in the Sea Pines College Tournament hosted by the University of Georgia. This event will have teams from Furman, Charlotte, Ole Miss and Georgia.
Old Dominion is coming off a stellar performance at the Wahoowa Invitational where they went undefeated in singles action over the three-day event winning 17 matches.
