CHAMPAIGN, ILL. – In a match played in gusty winds that eventually forced a move indoors, the round of 16 at the NCAA Doubles Championships saw the end of the season for Old Dominion's Tatsiana Sasnouskaya and Yuliia Starodubtseva on Wednesday evening.
The ODU duo dropped a 6-4, 6-3 match to Anna Ross and Holly Staff of Vanderbilt in the round of 16 that saw their season end with a sparkling 33-7 record. Sasnouskaya and Starodubtseva have been ranked in the top 10 nationally from the start of the spring season finishing the regular season ranked eighth.
