CHARLESTON, S.C. – Old Dominion University sailing put together a solid weekend, placing fourth at the Charleston Spring Regatta and fifth at the John Jackson Memorial Team Race.
In Charleston, Finn Ciszewski and Katherine Barton teamed up to place second in Division A. The duo delivered six top-five finishes including two race wins.
Elizabeth Gildea, Megan Geith, Tyler Bissell and Alivia Markham competed in Division B and finished sixth in the division. They had three top-five finishes.
At the John Jackson, Bridget Groble, John Glenn and Rider Odom were the skippers, while Makalynne Dyer, Allison Volk and Isabelle Kanach were the crew. ODU defeated King's Point, NY Maritime and Vermont.
