NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion alumni, parents and fans of the baseball Monarchs are invited to join the coaching staff and team for a day filled with great food, fun and prizes at the annual ODU Baseball Golf Tournament. The event will be held at the Virginia Beach National Golf Club on Friday, September 25.
"We're excited about this years golf outing at Virginia Beach National. They have been a great partner with us and we feel that this is a wonderful first class event for our ODU baseball alums and supporters," said head coach Chris Finwood. "We hope everyone will come join us in September."
The shotgun start will begin at 1:00 p.m. with check-in starting at 11:00 a.m. A lunch reception will follow check-in, while a "Happy Hour" social and the awards presentation will begin at the conclusion of the tournament. The cost is $600 per foursome and $150 for individual golfers. Green fees, cart rental, lunch, range balls and the social are all included in the entry fee.
If you cannot make it to the tournament, but still wish to support the baseball Monarchs, there are a variety of tournament sponsorship opportunities available that can be found on the entry form.
