ORLANDO, Fla. - Following the second round of the UCF Challenge, the Old Dominion women's golf team sits in 11th after posting a 10-over 298 on Monday afternoon. The Monarchs are 22 strokes off the leader, No. 39 Miami.
Jana Melichova continues to pace the Monarchs, currently sitting in a tie for third individually after recording a two-under 70 in the second round at Eagle Creek Golf Club. The sophomore is currently third in the field on par 4 scoring. Checking in the top-25 in the field, Leah Onosato shot a one-over 73 on the 6,349-yard course. Newcomer Madison Corley put together a 77, while Noemie Sudron shot a 78 and Pilar Muguruza shot an 80, respectively.
In the final round of the UCF Challenge, ODU will be paired with No. 14 Illinois and NC State.
