NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion Athletics has set the tip-off times for each of its 13 home regular season games. Most weekday games will tipoff at the family-friendly time of 6:30 p.m. Weekend games will be played at 2 p.m.
There are several special events on the home slate. ODU will host its annual Education Day on Wednesday, Nov. 20 against Winthrop in a 11 a.m. tip-off. The inaugural Anne Donovan Classic will feature Richmond, Hampton and Mount St. Mary’s in round-robin doubleheaders over three days - Dec. 19-21. Each day, ODU will play the first game of the day, tipping at 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and at 2 p.m. Saturday.
The Monarchs are coming off one of the biggest turnarounds, not only in program history, but in the nation. In Nikki McCray's second season, the Monarchs went 21-11, marking a 13-win improvement from the previous season. The 13+ win mark was the second-best single-season improvement in program history and the sixth-best turnaround in the NCAA last year. With the 21 wins, ODU earned an at-large bid to the WNIT, the program's seventh appearance in the WNIT and first postseason appearance since 2015.
McCray returns her entire 2018-19 roster, led by 2018-19 Conference USA All-Freshman and All-Defensive team member Ajah Wayne, plus ODU’s leading scorer Victoria Morris and leading rebounder Taylor Edwards.

C-USA play will begin on Jan. 2, when the Monarchs travel to Middle Tennessee.
