PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Old Dominion (1-5-1, 0-2-1 C-USA) men's soccer team will face Temple on the road Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 3 p.m. ODU is playing just their second away match of the season on Tuesday afternoon.
Last time out, Sebastien Hauret led the offensive efforts for the Monarchs with one goal but the Monarchs ultimately fell to Marshall, 4-1 on Friday night. Defensively, Djibril Doumbia has made 28 saves in goal this season.
About Temple
The Owls are coming off a 2-0 loss to #12 UCF. The Monarchs and Owls last saw a won the night same night of Sept. 17. Temple defeated Delaware, while the Monarchs took down VCU.
Offensively, Lukas Fernandes leads the Owls with four points.
The last time the two teams met was in the 2018 ODU Soccer Classic, where Temple defeated the Monarchs, 1-0. Despite the loss last season, ODU owns a 2-1-0 mark against the Owls.
