Sean Crowley completed his soccer career in the fall of 1988. He was the school''s all-time leader in goals scored with 36, assists with 32 and career points with 104. As a senior, Crowley was named the 1988-89 Old Dominion University Alumni Association''s Male Athlete of the Year.

As a senior, Crowley ranked ninth in the nation in scoring witht18 goals and seven assists. That year he was named the Most Valuable Player in the Sun Belt Conference. Crowley led the team in scoring with 12 goals as a freshman. He co-captained the team as a sophomore and helped lad the Monarchs, ranked tenth nationally, to a tie with Virginia and a victory over top-ranked Evansville.

During Crowley''s four years, the Monarchs compiled a 54-14-11 record. He earned first team Academic All-American honors from the Soccer Coaches Association, was a two-time All-Sun Belt Conference performer and earned All-South Atlantic and All-State honors as a senior. Crowley graduated with a degree in economics in 1989. He currently live in Morris Plains, NJ where he works for a securities firm.
