NORFOLK, Va. – The final ITA Women’s Tennis Rankings were released and Old Dominion is represented on the team, singles and doubles rankings.
As a team, the Tennis Monarchs finished the season nationally ranked No. 41. ODU finished 2019 with a 19-5 record and went a perfect 11-0 at home.
Head coach Dominic Manilla led his team to the program’s first ever at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament, which marked ODU’s second ever appearance in the Big Dance and first for the program since 2001.
In singles, No. 81 Holly Hutchinson was the second highest ranked played in Conference USA.
In doubles, Hutchinson and teammate Brooke Pilkington finished the year nationally ranked No. 73.
