CLE ELUM, Wash. – For the third-straight season, the Old Dominion women’s golf team is headed to an NCAA Regional. ODU will play at the Tumble Creek Golf Club in the Cle Elum Regional hosted by Washington on May 6-8. The top six teams and top three individuals from each regional site will advance to the NCAA Championships on May 20-25 at the Blessings Golf Club in Arkansas. 

The 6,306 yard par 72 course will be the host to 18 teams. ODU is the No. 10 seed and will be paired with Iowa State and San Diego State in the opening round on Monday beginning at 12:20 ET/9:20 PT off hole 10.

Four of the five starting Monarchs earned All-Conference accolades. Charlotte De Corte earned first team honors, while Jana Melichova and Leah Onosato picked up second team honors and Sana Tufail on the third team. Melichova earned C-USA Freshman of the Year honors after posting a 72.6 stroke average and a stellar opening season. 

ODU is currently ranked No. 40 in the Golfstat rankings. They rank No. 12 in the country for average score, No. 14 versus par, No. 8 in par 3 scoring and No. 5 in par 4 scoring.
