MACON, Ga. – The Old Dominion women’s golf team is set to compete in the Brickyard Collegiate hosted by Mercer, which is their final regular season tournament before they head to the C-USA Tournament. Live scoring every three holes will be available on Golfstat.
ODU is coming off a 3rd place finish at the LSU Tiger Classic, where they finished ahead of No. 19 TCU and defending C-USA Champion, UTSA. Individually, ODU had four players place in the top-20, including Abigail Portyrata and Jana Melichova both finished in the top-10.
As a team, the Monarchs rank 14th in the nation for average score, 11th in par 3 scoring and 6th in par 4 scoring.
The Monarchs will be paired with Chattanooga, UCF and ETSU in the opening two rounds of the tournament with a shotgun at 8:30 a.m. on Monday.
