SAN ANTONIO -- Behind a pair of big base knocks from Will Morgan and Vinnie Pasquantino, Old Dominion clinched the series at UTSA with a 10-6 victory in Sunday's rubber match at Roadrunner Field.
For the second consecutive weekend, Old Dominion (21-14, 5-10) overcame a Friday night, extra-inning loss to win a series on the road.
Morgan broke a 4-4 tie in the seventh inning with a 2-out, 3-RBI double and then Pasquantino provided the Monarchs with two key insurance runs in the ninth on a two-run home run, his team-leading sixth of the year.

Also at the plate for ODU, Andy Garriola went 2-for-5 with a double, a triple and three runs scored and Bryce Windham went 2-for-4 with two runs.
On the mound, the bullpen held a high-powered UTSA (15-21, 6-9) offense to just three runs in five innings.
Trey Fisher had the best outing out of the pen, retiring all six batters he faced to close out the game for his second save in as many days. Connor Muly earned the win.
Up next, ODU heads to VCU for the second straight midweek matchup with the Rams. The Monarchs walked off against VCU, 6-5, last Tuesday in Norfolk.
