NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University football practiced for the 11th time this spring, as the Monarchs worked out in shorts, spider pads and helmets.
The hour long practice was the final tune up before the spring game on Saturday, April 13 at 3 p.m.
The wide receivers and defensive backs had a spirited one on session, while team drills were two-hands touch.
Highlights
- Messiah deWeaver found Cornell Hendrick over the middle for 20-yards.
- Austin Wood registered an interception.
- Estefano Feliciano recorded a pass breakup.
- Jonah Fitzgerald hit Kesean Strong down the sidelines for a 40-yard gain and followed with a 45-yarder to Isaiah Spencer.
- Stone Smart hit Donta Anthony for a one-yard touchdown pass and later Hendrick for a five-yard score.
