NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University sailing finished in sixth place at the Aaron Szambecki Team Race and third at the MAISA/SAISA over the weekend.
ODU finished with an 8-10 record in races with a pair of wins over King's Point, Jacksonville and St. Mary's, as well as victories over Harvard and Tufts. The team consisted of skippers Jack Elkin, Olivia Windemuller, Bridget Groble and Dreugh Phillips, and crew Abigail Tutt, Groble, Gavin Burkhart, Makalynne Dyer and Tori Ewing.
At the MAISA, ODU took third with the group of John Glenn and George White (Skippers), and crew Julia Williams-Portland, Breanna Schultz and Emily Harrison.
