The Monarchs are 4-0 when playing on their home courts so far this season. In doubles, ODU’s Aziz Kijametovic and teammate Francois Musitelli are ranked No. 24.

“The Ivy League has established themselves as an elite tennis conference,” said ODU head coach Dominik Mueller. “They currently have four teams ranked in the Top 50 and Penn is coming to us as the number 23 ranked team in the country. So we are excited to play two quality teams like this that compete on the highest level of college tennis.”

Mueller on Penn:
“It’s fantastic to play a Top 25 team at home. They are coming to us with a lot of confidence, but these are the matches we want. To put it on the line against the best teams in the country in front of our fans. I’m very excited for our guys to have this opportunity. We played a very good dual match against Top 25 NC State last weekend, so we know we can compete with those teams eye to eye.”

Mueller on Yale:
“Yale lost a couple close matches to very good teams, so we know about their quality. There are no easy matches in the Ivy League, so they will be match tested and hungry to bounce back.”

Penn’s Kyle Mautner is ranked No. 54 in singles by the ITA.
