NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion (0-2) lacrosse team hosts American (0-1) on Saturday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. for their 2019 home opener.
Glory Johnson and Sophia Richie lead the team in scoring with a combined 9 goals for the season so far. In the Monarchs setback against VCU, Haleigh Wurzel made 13 saves. Also on the defensive side, Alyssa Sebesto has made three caused turnovers this season, while Kerri Caruso, Anna Davis and Katie Miller all collected three groundballs at VCU.

The Eagles are playing their first road match of the season. The Eagles fell in overtime to UMBC by a 9-8 score. Izabella Jade, Emma Vinall, and Amanda Medjid are the leading scorers for the Eagles thus far, each scoring two goals In their home opener against the Retrievers.
